Colour Bubbles

Have you ever wanted to do this cool effects for your layouts or blends??
Well I will show you how to do it.Its really easy

1.- Open the image you want to use. I will use this Zac Efron pic



2.- Now go to Add a new layer
3.- Go to the brush tool and choose a round brush. I'm usin a 100 one
4.- Now add the brushes to your images.I will add them in dif. colours for you can see the effects depending in the colors



5.- Now set that layer (the brush one) to Screen.And you will have this cool effect!
