Image cool effect

1.- We going to open any image. I am using one from the film 27 dresses^^
2.- We duplicate the base layer and go to Filter > Blur > Radial Blur and choose 20, spin and good.
3.- Now in the top layer we going to erase the background parts and you will get something like this:


4.- Now we going to copy that top layer where we deleted the background and paste it as a new image.
5.- Add a new huge and saturation layer:
saturation: +15
6.- Now add a new selective color layer:
RED: -90,0,7,0
NEUTRALS:25,0,-22,0
7.- Add a new another one:
RED:-100,18,31,0
YELLOW:64,-21,-62,0
NEUTRALS:22,0,-30,0
8.-Add a new layer and fill it with #AFE263.Set it as soft light
9.- Add another selective color:
YELLOWS:0,100,100,100
10.- Now merge all that layer and you will have a pic with a green background. Great, now you have to copy it and set it as soft light on the radial blur pic^^
