Mirror effect

I am going to teach you how to make a cool effect in a simple pic.
Open your pic, I am using a Lauren Conrad one:



Copy it and open a new document. My picture is 300x400 but for the new document we need it be a little more longer, so I will open a 300x600.
We going to paste the same image twice, and move one to the top. You will have something like this:



Now you have to go to edition >> transform >> vertical and you will have something like this:



Move that image down and blend it, remember to delete the parts that are not the same for make the mirror effect. And you can have any of this resaults!:
